The NFT IP Onimaru and the Japanese fashion festival Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC) have just announced their partnership in virtual fashion shows and NFTs, and therefore releasing Onimaru × TGC: the Runway, a co-branding collection of NFT Mystery box on Binance NFT.

The Onimaru × TGC: the Runway collection will be listed at 11:00 am (UTC) on March 18th 2022, through the Binance NFT Mystery Box, which is also the only available channel. There will be in total 2,500 boxes, containing 5 different figures with rarity levels of N, R, SR and SSR.

First Practice of Onimaru NFT in Fashion Festival
Onimaru NFT is launched by the BLOCWARS Project as a rising IP. The character design’s inspiration can be traced back to the Red Ghost in Japanese folklore and legends. The project has already launched two collections of NFT mystery boxes, the Bad Kid and the MetaHuman.

TGC’s New Step in Metaverse
TGC is one of the largest fashion events in Japan, which is held semi-annually. It is mainly held near the Tokyo area and some local cities such as Kitakyushu, Nagoya and Okinawa. The fashion event showcases the season’s fashionable streetwear by domestic brands.
TGC has started its online program of Virtual TGC (VTGC), allowing its audience to experience the virtual space in real-time during the event. This time, as a new step in developing the metaverse, the co-branding figure of Onimaru NFT will appear on the runway of VTGC.
